Anyone requesting an absentee ballot can go to www.casscounty.com , click on Voting Information, scroll down to Requesting an Absentee Ballot by Mail, click on www.sos.mo.gov/forms/elections/absentee/pdf. Complete this form, print and then fax to 816-380-8101.
